The history of the SEFAC Group : solid industrial heritage
It all began in 1884.
In Monthermé, in the heart of the Ardennes, SEFAC was founded as a manufacturer of bolts and nuts for the railway industry. The industrial adventure began with solid metallurgical expertise.
In 1945, the company evolved.
It supported the reconstruction and modernization of the country by stamping components for the automotive industry. This was a key step that broadened its expertise.
1968 marked a turning point.
SEFAC began specializing in lifting equipment for heavy goods vehicles. A new era dawned, with technical solutions that would permanently transform vehicle maintenance.
